Is Sun Valley Storage different from other storage locations?

Locally owned and operated, we understand the unique challenges of storing in the desert. Other competitors might feature climate-controlled environments, but they are universally feature 18-guage construction, (the way chicken coops are built). Our facility is 100% Tilt-Up Concrete constuction, similar to a Home Depot or Target Store.

Should I drive the extra distance to Palm Springs, (I-10 @ Indian Canyon), when there is a storage facility closer to where I live?

Our facility is climate controlled. Industrial chillers keep the desert heat outside where it belongs helping you avoid damage caused by unstable temperature and weather conditions.
